My Story
Dr. Sandra Michael-Johnson is the dynamic founder of The Power Faith Foundation and Children In Action, both thriving nationwide nonprofit organizations passionately committed to supporting children and victims of domestic violence and sexual assault! She also oversees healthcare across multiple states, delivering exceptional services for the elderly and disabled. With over 11 years of transformative experience in the nonprofit sector, Dr. Sandra has spearheaded countless successful initiatives that have dramatically enhanced community welfare.
Since her organization's inception, she has joyfully coached, mentored, and counseled over 4,000 children and adults, empowering them to overcome life's challenges. Having faced domestic violence herself, Dr. Michael-Johnson was inspired to create organizations that equip survivors with the resources and support they need to lead fulfilling lives. Dr. Sandra Michael-Johnson holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management, a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership Management and a PhD in Psychology.
